How it works

Once enabled, the AI chat agent responds to messages in your widget using your AI training: that includes your help center, past conversations, and internal docs. You can think of it as a polite, tireless teammate that knows your business inside out and replies instantly.

Turning it on

By default, the AI chat agent is off. You can enable it anytime by heading to your Chat settings and toggling it on.

Once it’s on, it just works—answering common questions, capturing intent, and making sure your team only steps in when it really matters.
