If your domain is hosted on Name.com, you can easily route your support emails into Fernand and reply from your domain with proper authentication. Here's how to get everything set up in just a few minutes.
Step 1: Forward emails to Fernand
Name.com supports free email forwarding, which makes it simple to route incoming emails to your Fernand address. You’ll find your unique Fernand address in Settings → Channel → Email.
Log in to your Name.com account and go to the My Domains section.
Click Quick Links → Email Forwarding next to your domain.
Click Add Forwarding.
In the

field, enter the email address you want to use publicly (like support@yourdomain.com).In the
To
field, paste your Fernand address (the one ending in .fernand-mails.com).Save your changes. Your support emails will now arrive in Fernand.
Step 2: Authenticate your domain
To send emails from Fernand on behalf of your domain, you’ll need to add three DNS records. These ensure your emails don’t get flagged as spam and prove Fernand is allowed to send from your domain.
Go to Settings → Channel → Email in Fernand to get your unique records. You’ll typically need to add:
1 TXT record for DKIM
1 CNAME record for domain verification
1 CNAME record for bounce tracking

In your Name.com dashboard, go to My Domains → DNS Records.
Click + Add Record for each of the entries provided by Fernand.
Select the correct record type (TXT or CNAME), and enter the Host and Answer fields exactly as shown in your Fernand settings.
Save each record. Leave TTL as default unless you have a reason to change it.
Fernand will automatically detect your records once they’ve propagated.
