You can easily connect to Fernand by setting up email forwarding and authenticating your domain. Let’s walk through the steps so you can start handling support emails like a pro. 

  1. Log in to your Email provider account. 

  2. Find the Email Forwarding section. 

  3. Find where to add a new forwarder, e.g. Add A Forward or New routing email 

  4. Enter the email address you want to forward (e.g. support@piedpiper.com).

  5. Paste your Fernand address (e.g. support@piedpiper.fernand-mails.com) in the destination field.

  6. Click Save

  7. Send a test email to support@piedpiper.com to confirm you receive messages properly on your new Fernand inbox.
